In addition to contributing to your benefits, Radwell International complies with Employment Standards legislation in Canada as set by the federal, provincial and territorial legislative provisions.

The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) is an employee contributory, earnings-related social insurance program. Radwell International offers a contributory pension plan according to Canada legislation. Radwell will also offer a company pension plan.
Radwell International provides supplemental health insurance through a private carrier and shares 50% of the cost.
The supplemental health insurance plan offers employees and eligible dependents:
Radwell provides eligible employees a $50,000 basic term life and accidental death insurance at no cost to the employee, including dependant life insurance.
Available 100% paid by employee through a private carrier.
Two (2) weeks pay per year. Three (3) weeks vacation pay on your 6th year of employment.
Five (5) sick days in addition to the vacation pay.
Up to three (3) days bereavement leave is paid to attend the funeral of immediate family.
On the day of your birthdate, leave 1 1/2 hours early.
Bonus of $150.00 for a candidate referral for a full-time management, technical or professional position, payable when the newly hired employee completes six months of continuous service.
New employees will be provided with five (5) Radwell company logo shirts. Radwell employees are required to wear apparel containing the Radwell Company logo to be displayed at all times during working hours.
Maximum of ten (10) days per calendar year
Radwell International, Inc. reimburses employees for reasonable expenses that are incurred while conducting business on behalf of the Company and expenses include transportation, meals, lodging and mileage incurred while driving a personal vehicle on company business. Company credit cards should be used, if issued, whenever possible.
